ICETEK-F28377D-KB V3, the minimum core board based on TI dual-core Delfinotm microcontroller, is a dual real-time control 32-bit floating-point microcontrol core board designed for industrial drive and servo motor control, solar inverter and converter, digital power supply, power transmission and power line communication and other advanced closed-loop control applications.The superior system performance of the on-board main processor reduces costs by eliminating the need for multiple processors in high-end systems.At the same time, it has a 70mm(L)×55mm(W) overall size, up to 200 pin processor expansion interface and independent 14PIN simulation interface, convenient designers to develop and use, speed up the product time to market.

- Dual-core architecture: two TMS320C28X 32-bit CPUs, 200MHz

- Two programmable control law accelerators (CLA) : 200MHz, executing code independently of the main CPU

- On-chip memory:

· 512KB (256KW) or 1MB (512KW) flash memory (ECC protection)

· 172KB (86kW) or 204KB (102kW) RAM (ECC protection)

· Support third party development of dual-zone security

- 1.2V core, 3.3V I/O design

- System peripherals:

· Two external memory interfaces (EMIF) with ASRAM and SDRAM support

· Dual 6-channel direct memory access (DMA)

· Up to 169 independently programmable reusable general input/output (GPIO) pins supporting input filtering

- Communication peripherals:

· USB2.0 (MAC+PHY)

· Two controller LAN (CAN) modules (pin bootable)

· Three high-speed (up to 50MHz) SIP ports (pin bootable)

· Two multi-channel buffered serial ports (MCBSP)
